Francesca opened Little Shop of Bagels in 1994, with $85 in the bank and a love of baking. She perfected her bagel recipe and made bagels by hand every morning in her first location, a tiny 120 square foot shop—hence the name! Family and friends helped make and sell those bagels. Over the years, the business grew and so did the size of the shop.

 

Maryann has been the heart of our bagel shop since 2004.

We still boil our bagels, use organic ingredients, and our family-run business has grown into an extended family for which we are so fortunate. Thank you for supporting us and enjoying our bagels!
